The ‘Cwtch’ Wrap in linen

Since moving to Wales I’ve embraced this beautiful land and language. Words that convey emotion. ‘Cwtch’ or ‘Cwtsh’ is a word that even without knowing what it means (non Welsh speakers) when heard the vibration is feel good. Cwtch is a Welsh word for a warm, affectionate hug, cuddle or embrace. It implies a ‘safe place’. It represents comfort, love and affection, commonly used in everyday Welsh-English conversation. This sums up the feeling and intention of this piece, The ‘Cwtch Wrap.’

Knitted using super soft Lambs wool, has a subtle texture, light weight yet warm. Can be loomed and colour matched to your requirements. I’m offering this style in seasonal colours but If you would like to discuss your own special piece, please get in touch, email jules@juleshogan.com.
